- Check-in time is 3:00pm - Check-out time is 11:00am
- $250 reservation deposit required within two weeks of booking
- Cancellation policy will be outlined on your registration form/contract
- $75 cleaning fee applies for weekly rentals only
- 10% Sales and Bed Tax will be added to your rental fee
- Smoking outside only please
